Our SPAM policy is simple. We don't like SPAM and will not tolerate any SPAM mail through our network.

Any person, business, or website caught sending or initiating SPAM through our network will be reported to all known SPAM agencies.

Additional actions include, but not limited to immediate removal or suspension of account, IP and website blocked from all future use of our network.

SPAMMERS do not get refunds or credits and are subject to a $500.00 clean up fee

Remember: We have servers in EU and are then too to the CAN-SPAM ACT.

Solutions: You can use any of the servers, but we suggest Direct Admin Server. Is the more simple, ideal for dynamic upload in web mode, but medium in heavy email activity

Solutions: We can doit and Block Ips for accessing sites in some servers, we suggest CPANEL

Solutions: Dedicated IP are not available in all servers; we can offer a dedicated IP in 1-2 USD monthly in 90% of the servers. Prices varies for server.

Solutions: No problem if is not racist, warez site, or similar. If you think the site will be controversial, we put in a special server, and suggest a dedicated IP ( 1 to 2 USD monthly), but more control for you.

Solutions: Yes, we can do a low price (check the king plan ), and have a procedure for Round robbin ( same site in three servers at the same time). We want our customers know our servers, and always suggest if buy two plans, take in different servers. Anyway you can host many domains in one server if you want.

Solutions: At the moment the only problem we have is in ensim server handling .com.ar. We have some not usual domains, .com.mx, .es, .biz, .us, .aero, .cl and one .museum Ask for guidance.

Solutions: Yes. Sometimes a customer need a special thing and we up a new server, and if the server can handle other sites, we put in the list. Is the same case when remove one server, sometimes the customer buy more server resources, and are no available for new customers.

We have many donated sites, anonymous, dedicated to social causes. In January 2005 someone block the social sites and www.hostchess.com in Prodigy Mexico DNS, and recurrent block one or two sites in the Prodigy database. We cant stop the problem, because Prodigy Mexico are known for a bad service, and the security hole is in they servers. If you need send us a email and cant reach our support sites, try instead send us a email to the contact page. Solutions: A - Change the DNS to prodigy EU, the right ones are: Priority: Low. Only affect to Computers with PRODIGY MEXICO DNS, and none of the customers was atacked , because the service and privacy is the first thing we take care.
